Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Compensation and
Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with
organizational objectives
Oversee the design, administration, and evaluation of compensation
programs
Conduct market analyses and manage vendor relationships for
benchmarking data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or
equivalent experience
Proven experience in Compensation Strategy and Administration
Strong knowledge of compensation theories, practices, and
regulations
Experience with HRIS software and systems (e.g., Workday or
similar)
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification
preferred
