analytics for revenue cycles and collections in leading hospitals
and healthcare providers. Utilizing sophisticated data mining and
scoring strategies, we have successfully enhanced revenue cycles
and collections nationwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time
remote role for a Regional VP of Revenue Growth at Medlytix LLC.
The RVP of Revenue Growth serves as the principal point of contact
between the company, customers, and the healthcare provider
community. This role will be responsible for both prospecting and
engaging new Medlytix customers.Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue growth and increase market penetration and
share, in line with the company's annual sales goals.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows
reasonably required by the company.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and attend recurring sales
meetings.
- Engage in status and strategy meetings.
- Generate new business through a series of networking events,
industry contacts, state or national conferences, Zoom calls,
LinkedIn, or other means.
- Schedule new opportunity appointments with VP and C-level
hospital executives to review and present Medlytix products and to
listen to their concerns.
- Initiate calls with prospective clients through cold calling,
industry conferences, and customer referrals to create a pipeline
of potential clients.
- Upsell and/or cross-sell additional Medlytix products within
the singular customer location or to additional sites with the
customer group.
- Develop strong relationships with assigned client accounts to
maintain a high level of service and promote client loyalty.
- Support the Account Manager, the Implementation Manager, and
the Client Services team to ensure resolution of customer
complaints to maximize client satisfaction.
- Keep apprised of current market trends and competitive
products.
- Assist and contribute to the development of marketing material
as requested from management.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years revenue cycle experience in the hospital/health system
market
- CRM system experience
- HFMA experience and knowledge
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen, business judgment, and problem-solving
skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate technical concepts and explain how
technology solutions can solve business problems
