Must have an active state license
Must have a GA license upon presentation
Duration of Assignment: 12 weeks
Estimated Privileging Timeframe: 60 days
Case Types: Pediatrics, OB, Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, General
Shift Type: 5x8s or 4X10s
Regular Hours: Required
In House Call: Required (no weeknights or weekends)
OT offered (not expected)
EMR: EPIC
MDs supervising CRNAs 4:1
MDs doing their own cases
