• Driver's License/State ID required.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Certification as per the facility requirements.
• PALS and EFM certifications may be required depending on the specialty.
• Allied Annual License Verification and Tech Cert Verification national certifications may be obligatory.
• State License verification, if applicable.
• NURSYS Verification for RNs, LPN/LVNs, and APs.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam for some professionals.
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam required for certain specialties.

    • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year.
    • PATIENT POPULATION: Adults - Geriatrics - Cath Lab Tech.
    • REQUIRED SKILLS: ACLS, BLS, ARRT, RCIS, Experience with cardiac implant closure devices, cardiac stent placement, diagnostic catherizations, IABP placement/removal, interpretation of dysrhythmias, left heart catherizations, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA), rotabladder athrectomy, scrub procedures, equipment set up, recognition of life threatening arrhythmias, & sterile technique.
      • Schedule Information
      • SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
      • RTO: MAX 7 days.
      • WEEKEND: min 1 day per week / 1 weekend every 5 weeks.
      • CALL REQUIREMENTS: One weekend and 4 call days in a 6 weeks schedule.
      • HOLIDAYS: Requirements for working during major holidays are based on the number of holidays in the assignment period.

        • COMPLIANCE: FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
