PractitionersResponsible for in-home medical office visitsYou will
be paired with a Medical Assistant and will utilize a company
vehicle for the visitsResponsibilities include, but are not limited
to:Clinical history-taking and medical chart reviewExcellent
physical assessment skillsSolid comprehension of pharmacology and
prescribingAccurate diagnosing and plan developmentOrdering any
medications, DME, or ancillary services required by our
clientsCommunication with members of the care teamRequirements:Must
be 21 years of ageMaster s Degree or higher requiredAt least 1 year
experience as a Nurse Practitioner and at least 2 years experience
as a Registered NurseActive and unencumbered license to practice as
an APRN in GeorgiaActive certification by the ANCC or AANPValid
Driver's License clean driving recordMust pass a drug screen and
background checkExcellent compensationBenefits for Full-Time:
