In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the quarterly incentive bonus program based on performance metrics. The work schedule is Monday & Wednesday 8:00am-12:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm. The work location is Fort Payne AL. Job responsibilities include performing blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, collecting specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. and providing superior customer service to all patients. Job requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency, previous experience as a phlebotomist, proven track record in providing exceptional customer service and strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
