The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high quality and compassionate care to patients.

Augusta, GA
Columbus, GA
Macon, GA
Metro Atlanta Cities : Fayetteville, Newton, Newnan, Snellville, Duluth, Social Circle, Monroe, Conyers, Requirements & Highlights

• Medical Degree (MD or DO)
• BC Family Medicine
• Active license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
• Epic EMR
• Ability to provide primary care services to all ages
• Services: Well Visits, Annual Exams, Sick Visits, Sports Physicals, Vaccinations &Immunizations
• 100K in Loan assistance with a 5 year commitment
