This position offers flexibility in scheduling and minimal administrative burdens, allowing psychiatrists to focus on patient care. Talkiatry is led clinically by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist with an additional board-certification in addiction medicine.

Our support staff focuses on removing administrative duties, enabling you to spend more of your time on patient care. - It also means providing flexibility in where and when you practice medicine. Our psychiatrists also enjoy control over their hours and schedule. -
We provide in-network, outpatient treatment for children and adults with depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders. Talkiatry does not provide intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs. -We believe that solving the accessibility issues in mental health care begins with taking care of our doctors. We provide solutions to the challenges that psychiatrists are facing - from a lack of front and back-office infrastructure and support in private practice settings to being overworked and underpaid by hospitals, clinics, and other institutions. • You decide what allotted time is appropriate for your patients. - -Minimum of 60 minutes for intakes and 30 minutes on follow up visits. -

• In addition to a highly competitive Benefits plan, Talkiatry's Full Time Psychiatrists compensation plan totals -$300K- $350K+ annually, which consists of a base salary, in addition to a monthly productivity incentive; monthly productivity incentive is guaranteed throughout clinician's onboarding ramp up period.
• Your Qualifications
• Board eligible or certified in Psychiatry. -Subspecialties strongly encouraged to apply.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine. We can assist in obtaining licensure as needed.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• A willingness to learn new or streamlined EMR tools.
• A proactive approach with a strong work ethic and desire to participate in a collaborative environment.
