Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide
inbound customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate information regarding customer orders
and product knowledge
Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to
established policies
Document customer issues and solutions in ticketing software while
ensuring positive customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Must live in Indiana and be willing to drive to Downtown
Indianapolis to retrieve equipment
Ability to work 100% from knowledge base articles as per
contractual agreements
Must own a compatible desktop or laptop with specified technical
requirements
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
