About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Shift Lead to join our team at Dips Kitchen. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and guiding team members to ensure operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:

• Train and develop team members to achieve operational excellence
• Manage team appearance and performance, recommending corrective action when necessary
• Lead and/or perform opening and closing procedures
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
• Interact with customers, addressing complaints and concerns
• Manage third-party orders and oversee deliveries and restocking
• Ensure food safety and security standards are met and adhered to consistently
• Perform food and beverage service
• Maintain clean and organized areasRequirements:
  • Food sanitation and safety knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Food service experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Fast casual restaurant experience is a plusBenefits:
