Your focus will be on inactive, smaller to mid-size customers within the Inside Sales Department. Quarterly travel to markets for one-week intervals is required, up to four times a year. RESPONSIBILITIES--- Actively engage in learning Surya's buyer-seller process specific to reengagement, and gaining proficiency in coaching customers on our Key Value Propositions Work closely with our customers to gain insights into their goals and pain-points in business.--- Achieve stated Key Performance Indicators specific to the reengagement role --- Maintain customer and sales activity data in Salesforce --- Resolve customer issues and manage/escalate concerns as appropriate REQUIREMENTS --- Bachelor's degree --- 1 year of sales experience, or transferable experience in the field of Design or Retail--- Willingness to learn our buyer-seller process --- Resilience and an ability to overcome objections--- Passionate about home d--cor brands --- Proficient in MS Office suite; experience with Salesforce a plus --- Attend quarterly markets --- This position is full-time in-office PI833fa890b071-25660-34308171
