Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to process
vendor payments and perform basic accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities
Review and export invoices for payment into accounting software
Assist users with invoice software and troubleshoot issues
Manage vendor payments, including checks, wires, and ACH
transactions
Required Qualifications
Basic understanding of accounting principles
One year of college-level coursework preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Commitment to the objectives of the organization
