Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Business Partner (Sales)
to manage compensation decisions for an assigned business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain compensation plans, programs, policies, and
practices
Analyze the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing
compensation programs
Oversee job evaluations and ensure compliance with compensation
laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related
discipline or equivalent experience
At least 4 years of direct experience in Compensation
Prior sales compensation experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS software
Experience with MarketPay is desirable
