Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. You will assist our busy team by producing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs for construction projects. Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in construction estimation and very strong communication and project management skills. Please apply today.

Responsibilities:
--- Interface with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors
--- Examine specifications, proposals, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole
--- Prepare estimates, written proposals, budgets, costs, and updates for clients and project managers
--- Inspect the construction site to collect necessary client requirement information

Qualifications:
--- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with Xactimate and Symbility
--- Understanding of accounting, data and risk analysis, research methodology, and estimation metrics is vital
--- Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills are necessary
--- 3 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is necessary
