worldwide. We are looking for a Construction Cost Analyst to help
achieve that mission.This role is located either in one or all hub
locations - Atlanta, GA, Phoenix, AZ, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX,
or Washington, DC. -Relocation support will be provided, and
successful candidate must ---relocate or reside within 50 miles of
the hub office location. This role is eligible for hybrid or remote

-Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project
Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 5+
years related experience in a construction project management or
project controls role with responsibility to understand and analyze
cost and schedule project performance - OR equivalent
experienceDemonstrated ability to generate descriptive and
predictive insights from data via analytic methods.Advanced
experience with Excel, SharePoint, Visio, Python---and Power
BIApplied understanding of project controls principles combining
cost and schedule impacts to projects, cost management, estimating,
scheduling and change controlOther Requirements: Ability to meet
Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening
requirements are required for this role. These requirements include
but are not limited to the following specialized security
screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be
required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon
hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Additional or
Preferred Qualifications:Construction industry experience with a
background in project controls functions managing complex,
multi-group, multi-disciplinary projectsAdvanced ability to
develop, update and maintain reporting dashboards using
Python---and Power BITeam player, self-driven, and performs well in
high pressure situations.Ability to build collaborative
relationships and develop support from a wide variety of
stakeholders including cost management and scheduling teams, design
and engineering managers, construction managers as well as finance
partners, software engineers and various levels of
executives.Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a
demonstrated commitment to data-driven decision-making and program
management skillsEffective presentation and analytical
skillsConstruction Project Management IC4 - The typical base pay
range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per
year. There is a different range applicable to specific work
locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City
metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those
locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.Certain roles may be
