DescriptionJob Summary/Objective: The Director of CCPS will lead
the Southwire CPSS team as they grow the CCPS business by working
collaboratively with electrical contractors and Southwire
stakeholders. While leveraging all Southwire Product Lines and
Sales Leaders to grow One-Southwire portfolio mix and track pull
through product-based sales and measure growth by product line over
time. Key Responsibilities --- Working closely with the Director of
Infrastructure Services to select and partner with "like-Minded"
electrical contractors, and their project teams to integrate and
leverage the synergy of Southwire's broad and expanding portfolio
of products, solutions, and services to delivery optimal value
throughout all applicable project lifecycle phases and drive viral
growth --- Working collaboratively and gain alignment with
Southwire Product Line and Sales leaders to establish project-based
current and future pull-through rates, targets, and margins to grow
One-Southwire portfolio mix and pull through. --- Understanding the
electrical contractor project-based workflows and sequencing along
with the associated construction supply-chain stakeholders, their
specific business drivers, and challenges, along with identifying
pain points and de-bottlenecking processes throughout the
construction lifecycle phases. --- Understanding how Southwire's
broad and expanding portfolio is combined and sequenced with
non-Southwire adjacent and ancillary products, services, and
systems to form complete power (branch, feeder and MV) and
low-voltage systems to broaden scope, synergies and expanded
services such as kitting, bundling, prefab. --- Utilizing agile,
flexible, and modular strategies to evolve construction planning
services scope, process and tactics as needed to efficiently pivot
as needed to meet or exceed goals and objectives. --- Reducing the
complexity associated with an integrated system (multiple products,
solutions, services) solutions approach throughout the Project
Lifecycle phases --- Work collaboratively to identify, prioritize,
develop, test, refine, and implement ways to standardize, simplify,
systematize, modularize, and automate construction planning
processes to support growth and scaling. --- Contribute to
re-imagining the HOW, WHAT, WHEN and Where work gets done to
automate and support scaling- new product, processes, solutions,
and services. --- Drive solution systems standardization at the
earliest stages project design and construction planning --- Work
through specific project-based contractor opportunities and
challenges (internally and externally) to achieve high value goals
