Job Description:
A company is looking for a Performance Improvement Analyst to
provide operational support for Care Management focused on quality
and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze performance data to identify improvement
opportunities
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for Care Management
operations
Collaborate with leadership and teams to implement continuous
improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in sociology, psychology, or a related field
Two years of experience in data gathering, editing, and
analysis
Two years of experience in quality management or continuous quality
improvement preferred
Knowledge of Lean Methodologies and performance reporting
principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
applications
