Compliance Analyst - Managed Care

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst - Managed Care.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining the Compliance Program and perform compliance reporting
Identify noncompliance with regulations and work with business owners to remediate issues
Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and develop training programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, or regulatory affairs
Working knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations
Master's or Juris Doctorate degree preferred
Experience in managed care or health plan settings is preferred
