Job Description:
A company is looking for an Investor Services Representative I
and II to assist customers with mutual fund investment
requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-service solutions and comprehensive transfer agency
services to customers
Process financial and non-financial mutual fund transactions and
maintain customer records
Evaluate and follow internal processes to ensure compliance with
regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience preferred
At least one year of customer service experience in retail,
banking, or financial services preferred
Banking, investment, or financial background preferred
Intermediate computer proficiency, including keyboarding skills
High-speed internet with a wired connection and a suitable
workspace at home
